How do I place an Order?

Add items to your basket as you shop in your preferred size and color. You can view and amend the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the Cart button in the top right hand corner of each page. Once you are happy with your items, proceed to Checkout and follow the on screen instructions which will take you to our secure payment page.

How much does Shipping Cost?

We ship worldwide and offer FREE shipping as standard for all orders. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via our partnering courier companies such as DHL, USPS and local postal offices.

Will I receive a Tracking Number for my Shipment?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order online. Items may require collection from your local post office according to your local postage system. Please be sure to take your ID and delivery notification upon collection. When ordering more than one item these may be sent out in separate packages at no additional shipping cost. Each shipment is given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system.

Where are you located and how long does shipping take?

We are located in California, United States and we ship all of our products from within the United States. Please read the description on each individual product for more specific details pertaining to shipping times. However, please note that processing time is usually 1-3 days and shipping time is typically within 5-10 business days. We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner. Furthermore, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times and in the rare case of unforeseen issues with courier or logistics, delivery may take longer than the typical 5-10 days. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit or credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our trusted and encrypted payment processor - Shopify. You can also pay via PayPal. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and NEVER stored.

I received part of my order, where is the rest? 

At BabyHoney, we have multiple warehouses across the United States, so which items you have ordered will determine where your order is shipped from. When ordering more than one item, these may be sent out in separate packages. Each shipment is given a unique tracking number and you will be notified via our automated tracking system. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on it's way!

What if I need to make a return/exchange?
